Chiropractic care for children

Dr. Jeff Beleutz, a local chiropractor from Sutton, attended a CHIROPRACTIC PEDIATRIC conference in Atlanta, Georgia from February 25th through February 28th of 1999. Over 500 chiropractors world-wide learned about the latest scientific literature documenting the effectiveness of chiropractic care for children.

Case studies were presented to Dr. Beleutz about children medically diagnosed with, and who were taking numerous medications fo, almost every medical condition known ranging from ear infections to asthma. These children, like millions of others around the world, responded so favourably to chiropractic care they were taken off their medications by their parents and their health returned naturally.

Studies were also shown documenting the effectiveness of chiropractic care in helping women throughout their pregnancy.

A repeating theme of the conference, stated Dr. Beleutz, was that when nervous system interference which can be

measured in a chiropractor's office, is reduced or eliminated, the body has a significantly improved ability to heal and regulate itself.

With the health care crisis and the over medication of our children a major health and financial concern in our society, this conference had tremendous value to our children and all of the doctors attending.

The goal of the conference was to make chiropractors aware of the dire need for children to be checked for spinal nerve interference (subluxation). The removal of such a spinal problem, while not treating their illness or symptoms will allow for a more full expression of that child's health potential, allowing them to heal on their own.

In Dr. Beleutz's words "All children need chiropractic care to improve or maintain their health."
